Shipping & Delivery Times

We process and ship all orders from our facility in Markham, Ontario.

Order Processing: It takes us 1–3 business days to carefully pack and prepare your items for transit.
Delivery Time: Once shipped, your order will typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your province and location.

Please note: Remote areas or northern territories might take a little longer to reach, but rest assured, we are working hard to get your items to you as fast as possible.

Local Pickup

If you live in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and prefer to pick up your order directly, you can visit us at our physical location: 1-501 Alden Rd, Markham, ON L3R 0E7, Canada (Please wait for your pickup confirmation email before heading over!)

Tracking Your Order

The moment your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation email complete with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your Aura Home package all the way to your door.

Damaged Packages

We package our home decor items with extra love and care, but we know transit can sometimes be bumpy. If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the item and packaging and email us immediately at patelzaid9813@gmail.com. We will sort it out for you right away!
